So, if rumors are true that UNC is leaving where is Miami headed?
UNC is as likely to leave the ACC as FSU.

ESPN is driving the bus, but this isn't going the way most assume. UNC only has the SEC option because the B1G doesn't want NCST. Per usual this has gone crazy since what was rumored 2 weeks ago.

Is you're prediction that we will be better off or worse?

I think it all ends with just the top 48-56 teams/brands breaking off from the NCAA completely for football and players being employees.

The amount of lies in this thread. Hard to believe we’re still in the acc. FSU unc Clemson and all the other rumored schools still here too. Lol somebody do something

I’m still uncertain the P2 can stay a thing. 1 super conference for football makes the most sense, with the rest of sports snapping back into the normal regional conference structure.

And the TV situation for college football perplexes me. With ESPN falling back to earth, there are enough competitors that I would think the ones that don’t get the BiG/SEC rights would pay up for ACC/B12 rights. I just don’t get the chess game right now.

I don't think its 48.

At best mirrors NFL size, quite possibly smaller.
I agree with you. Only the valuable brands will make it eventually.

How much more money would each B1G team get if they dropped: Minnesota, Illinois, Northwestern, Purdue, Mich St, and Maryland?

SEC could drop: Vanderbilt, Kentucky, miss st, Arkansas, and Missouri.

Out of the ACC I think only: Miami, FSU, Clemson, and UNC make it.

Schools aren’t getting dropped.

Spot on. I'll go a step further...

Not sure it's even brand based, but rather what schools are willing to ante the annual program cost.

Whoever is will become a "brand" just by being in the super league.
