LMAO. Like the guy as a S coach and recruiter but not DC. Someone already brought his numbers up his first year as a DC at Utah state. If Manny stays and he hires him as DC it’ll be hilarious and really what I would expect bc Diaz is a moron. He will want a do over after next year too. The nice thing for him is we let him. It’s a revolving door of issues under his leadership. No other school serious about winning allows a coach this much leeway. It’s really something to witness at such a storied program. Sad.

I agree..Kid has shown big talent this year...But seems to read his own press clippings and is very undisciplined

But I kinda get the feeling we don't rip kids a new *** in practice, we coddle them
 
Rumph was the guy I wanted gone year 1 and we are paying for his recruiting failures now and in the near future. Patke was suspect but he had the strikers playing well until this year. Diaz is terrible at all facets (position, coord, and head coach).

We see it in games, how many times has a player ****ed up and been pulled from the game or even been told anything, whether its a drop, penalty, something excessive, nothing ever happens.. No discipline and it shows.. thats why players can suck here and still think they deserve pt and bounce if another player plays over them, entitlement is being fed..
