Has he ever been a DC? We have an $8 mm pool of money set aside for coaches per the Herald, I cannot imagine that we would be giving him his first ever DC gig with that kind of capital. DL, ok. And no, I could give af what his title is w the Seahawks.

He had that 2 year show-cause for letting a player or recruit ride home with him and sleep at his house.

From a Yahoo article:

"Hurtt’s penalties, including the show-cause, run until Oct. 21, 2015."

I would think he would get the Co-DC title to lure him away from the NFL without looking like a demotion - maybe Defensive Run Game Coordinator or something.

I trust those that are saying he's coming because I don't know anything about it - I've heard of a few guys but he's not one of them. (Haven't heard any other names at DL coach just other guys in general)
