Chickillo submits paperwork to Draft Advisory Board

Needs to come back and play DT for us. His draft stock as DE is has gone down every year. DT would be better for him with him putting the time in this offseason weight room wise

The Board will advise of him on what position the NFL will want him for....then HEY coach D...this is WHERE I play in 2014, not all over the place.

its the smart thing to do

lmfao dude hasn't made 1 wow play in his whole career and he's thinking about the NFL? Get real Chick, NFL GMs aren't looking for invisible pylons, SMH!

Did chick take your girl or something??? Hes not a twichy player but hes been solid for us. Hes not leaving early either. He submitted paperwork, Thats it! The guy busts his *** on every single play for 3 years and now hes garbage because hes interested in knowing where he stands in the NFL???

The sad thing is your probably the type of fan who begs a tommy streeter for an autograph when all he did here was throw snowballs on the sideline and then bolt at the first opportunity.

The pessimist in me says these guys don't like playing for Coach D. You don't submit papers this early unless you are seriously considering leaving.

I don't blame these dudes for wanting out. Coach D has destroyed many a career.

Kid took one for the team by bulking up and playing 3-4 End. He's out of position.

Don't see him getting drafted though. I don't know what position he'll play. He's too heavy and slow for 4-3 DE now, and he's not big enough for a 3-4 DE in the NFL.

He submitted his name. As I, and others pointed out, he's waiting to hear what the NFL says. There is a very good chance he's not even really thinking about going pro, he's waiting to hear what the board says to see what he can work on for his future pro career, but also for his senior year. Good chance Al and the staff told him to do it. Anyway, he has not lived up to a "5-star" billing from high school, but he has 127 career tackles, 20 TFL, 12.5 sacks, 1 forced fumble, 3 fumble recoveries, and 3 passes broken up. Again, not spectacular at all, but solid for what he's being asked to do.

kamalu is out working him. then when you add a stronger aqm and others. he knows his snaps will decline.

What makes you think kamalu is outworking him, and do you think Muhammad can play his position.

I doubt he's worried about his status here. He's played the most snaps on the defense the last couple of years.

You can't judge NFL potential for recent UM players by what they do here. (See Sam Shields, McGee and others).

If I'm a HC I ask all my juniors to submit papers to the NFL.

It lets them know what their future employers think of them and what they can improve on in their senior year.

He's so slow. I nicknamed him, "The Sloth," last season. Its frustrating to watch him.

Sweet nickname, bro. Really caught on. What's next? Is Dorsett "the flash"? How about Coley...can he be "S-Col"?

Thanks BRO!!!!!! LOL. You always amuse me. Step away from the computer in your moms basement. You're a little out of line.

The only takeaway for anyone here is that it sounds like we've got a good shot at keeping Perryman for another year.

That would be huge for our defense.

And I don't think Papa Perryman is wrong, so it's literally a win for everyone.

But hey, the rest of you keep tossing tears back and forth between you.

aren't you missing a class at beauty school there, Stylie? back off. cowboycane lives in my basement.

I kind of get the Colin McCarthy feel from him, that we will be a better pro than college player. Teams like what he does.

Also, **** our fans dude. Kid wants to see what the NFL GM's are thinking about HIS future, not yours, and it might be that he just wants to see what they say he needs to work on and what kind of vision teams have for him.[/QUOTE

He's the next Wes Welker. If he played basketball he would be Larry Bird.
