After this sh*tshow, I would hope there is INTENSE pressure on Golden to do what needs to be done. The one bright spot of this disaster is that this should make things VERY easy. Yeah, its his buddy, but there is absolutely NO way to excuse this or defend this. He simply cant. ****, if Donofrio is ANY kind of friend, he should resign IMMIDIATELY. Golden needs to ask BLake for some money, and go out and bring in a top notch defensive staff. Obviously we arent going to poach a top DC from a big program, but maybe a highly regarded NFL position coach, or a highly regarded DC from a smaller program. WE also need to clean house with the assistants. Franklin needs to go ASAP. And IMO, Barrow should be moved to Special Teams and taken away from LBs.

I do. All game today i saw a DLine get pushed 2-3 yards backwards by a Duke Oline....Duke! I don't care what the defensive calls are, that should never happen.
 
I think coley can become one of the greatest receivers ever. And flowers is nfl. That's all I see. Honestly the rest is garbage and yes youth football understands football better then these player and not kidding
 
Bo pellini might be available...... Also manny diaz. Greg schiano... It amazes me that a db coach like pruit at fsu can implement the 3 4 scheme and produce great results...

You do need players but you fit the scheme to what you have... Any great 34 coach can tell you that look at what rob ryan etc has done with some stars, but some no name guys as well... Its not just talent.. The concept of a 3 4 is to maximize pass rush, set the edge and funnel everything to the middle of the field. It utilizes players that may not have a true position...

Bill young needs a job. Think he may have saved corch Shannon's job had he let him truly run his defense.

From an "inside source' the official name of the defensive scheme is: "3-4 bend but try not to break while we hope they make a mistake gap 1 hold"
 
I think our defensive scheme is model off the late game prevent scheme..smh
