This is from a former "insider" who was supposedly close to the board. For a bit now, I just found it odd that no one could verify his presence off the board. Nice guy and never had a problem with him, but I just found that odd. Every other "insider" known to the message board communities has at least a few people who have seen him/her in person.

I liked him as a poster on grassy. Don't know if he was for real, but he was clearly a smart dude, not an idiot troll. That was evident from text and syntax.

IF he is for real, he should be on this site, IMO.

But someone has to know him or it's hard to see how he's real.

Agree with the tail number suggestion. Probably public info somewhere.

Don't know if you were just kidding, but FlightAware made it interesting to watch Saban working SoFL hard last year. N1UA was the tail number. It has since been made unavailable for tracking.

Seriously. Amazing how people will just throw **** at the wall and attack another Cane. Guy has been the goods FOREVER. And yeah, I know some people who haven explained who he is to me, and yeah, he's very dialed in to Hecht and the rest of the U. I'm just glad he posts sometimes.

I just went over there and his percentages were a bit more tempered that what we have been hearing over here. His posts about the Cristobal hiring and FSU was interesting though.

Calm the fvck down, basically Mario was interviewing for a position on the Bucs staff, and then FSU cam calling. Jimbo supposedly wanted him bad for obvious reasons. Money talks and Mario was gonna go up to Tally, then Golden stepped in himself and things got worked out. He left a lot of money on the table and other perks, but his heart was with Miami.
 
Random Walk is legit. He may be wrong sometimes, but that only is because stuff changes or he simply is expressing an opinion. When he does state an opinion, he usually is pretty clear about it. ****, if you ask Golden how he closes right now, I'm pretty sure his response would not turn out 100% accurate.

The most interesting thing I ever saw him post was about the Gruden done deal. While every other person with any kind of inside source at all was saying done deal, he was saying not happening. So either is is way more inside, and in tune, with what's really happening than anyone else who posts info, or he's 100% faking it.

Yes, his post is on the premium board.

I've been a member on there for a long time and Random has always been a solid source. He doesn't post a ton like a lot of insiders do, but when he does, he's usually right about things. Solid poster. I definitely read everything he puts out there.
 
Truth be told, I long suspected that RW was Chefcane Part II. I have no concrete proof of it, but I always found it odd that NO ONE seemed to know who the guy was yet he was such a big shot with such close ties to the program. I never had an issue with him personally, but his info has always been vague and as far as I know, he never really "broke" anything that wasnt already out there. He was one that was fanning the flames of the Spurrier to Miami hype though, IIRC back when Coker got the boot. Just always did a lot of teasing about the "stuff" he was hearing, but would never really give it up, nor did he ever break anything solid. IIRC didnt he say that the personal jet was his wife's or his wife's family?

I honestly dont know if the guy is legit or not, but I have long shared the same doubts that Lu expressed.
