Canes to B1G?

Hmmm ... wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for either party.

A theoretical top tier of revamped Big Ten Football including Miami, Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State and Notre Dame (where else will the Leprechauns go when the ACC collapses) would be a media company's wet dream.

Can envision the SEC-ESPN tandem circling back around to us (with UF and FSU kicking and screaming all the way) just to stop the Big Ten from adding a major brand from Florida.

PROBLEM: How does Miami figure out to play in real cold and snow several games a year?

Don't get me wromg, our Canes have a money halfback pass in the snow pass tree.

Gotta be built very different.

If Clemson and FSU go to the SEC, every conference is going to feel extremely watered down, and FSU will have a serious recruiting advantage.
**** no. They would become the stepchild in that conf. and get run over every other week. That move would kill them IMO.

The Big 10 will not take a school not accredited by the AAU. Miami is not so accredited. Also the Big 10 has never taken school that did not have a wrestling program. The Big 10 wants what it considers complimentary institutions.

The rules are changing, but I doubt they change that much.
They took Nebraska and they’re not AAU
