So Jethro is no different from all the other coaches in college football then? They lose out to SEC schools all the time as well. Forgetting about the fact that Valentine had SEC offers too.

please don't compare other schools to us as we recruit at the SEC level where most don't. Valentine is a huge get and commend him for it. this is a reference to completely striking out last year and doing an average job so far this year at the DT position. he has and is doing a very good job at the DE position and that shouldn't go overlooked

USC, Florida State, name any high profile school and their fans will complain they are losing kids they thought they had a good shot at to SEC schools. So the same issues that Golden had to deal with in recruiting the first 2+ cycles don't apply to Franklin as well? Sanctions, negative recruiting, duffel bags. Its fun to go after him, I get it. He has started landing solid DTs, so when can we expect a video of you dancing?

I will gladly dance at 12:01am the day after signing day if he finishes the way he needs to and is expected to. How do we have a top 5 class with "sanctions, negative recruiting, duffel bags" and this is the only position we continue to struggle at?

You can't credit the class and the work being done and then say Jethro has to hold these guys until signing day before he gets any credit. Thats true for every coach. The board is complaining because people like to pile on. Bad defenses the first two years justifies some of that. His recruiting this cycle has matched the rest of the staff's. Bordering on elite so far.

What about it? This started with you using a video of Jethro dancing to take a shot at him about DT recruiting. "I'll start dancing when Jethro gets some solid DTs" or whatever you wrote. He has some DTs commits that would be considered beyond solid. All thats left is for you to start dancing like Jethro.

What do you mean "what about it"? It was atrocious!!! Do you maybe think the reason we are in such need this year of DT's is the fact that Jethro completely failed recruiting DT's last year? the reason i am willing to dance is because he has double the work this year to make up for last year.

if he closes strong, 12:01am after signing day, the difference we have is that you are satisfied with his DT recruiting referring to it as "elite" and I think last year was awful and we are on pace this year.

you guys hammer cory king. the kid came in late. last year he is a redshirt fresh and misses all of training camp and half the season so he was out of shape. i would rather him then perry and grimble.

His awareness of our past and history is fairly unbelievable. If you didn't know he's from New Jersey and went to PSU, you'd swear he grew up in Kendall as "that cool white boi" in amongst the *************. He's setting a standard by which all our future head coaches will be judged.
