So Jethro is no different from all the other coaches in college football then? They lose out to SEC schools all the time as well. Forgetting about the fact that Valentine had SEC offers too.

I can honestly say I have no idea what to expect from the standpoint of what defense we're going to run.

please don't compare other schools to us as we recruit at the SEC level where most don't. Valentine is a huge get and commend him for it. this is a reference to completely striking out last year and doing an average job so far this year at the DT position. he has and is doing a very good job at the DE position and that shouldn't go overlooked

Then you didn't watch the spring game. It wasn't the case there. Tackling Duke in the backfield is what King had issues with.

USC, Florida State, name any high profile school and their fans will complain they are losing kids they thought they had a good shot at to SEC schools. So the same issues that Golden had to deal with in recruiting the first 2+ cycles don't apply to Franklin as well? Sanctions, negative recruiting, duffel bags. Its fun to go after him, I get it. He has started landing solid DTs, so when can we expect a video of you dancing?

Perry was on the field as a short yardage TE a bunch of times last year. I wouldn't completely count him out.

No he just needs to keep moving his feet. If you notice he always stops his feet and relies on strength. Can't do that at this level he needs to continue to chop his feet and stay low. His pad level is high for such a short dude.
