Kareem would be a stone cold idiot to leave here. His goal in life should be to apprentice for as long as possible under Kool and then take over for him when he leaves.

At the very least, he should spend 2 or 3 years attached to his side learning everything. Then he can go out on his own. To jump on that garbage barge at FIU would be really stupid.
