BAMA winning is a warm loving reminder of how weak-minded...

As a Cuban/American who spent 4 years in the cesspool of Atlanta, I do not understand WHY someone would would willingly want to live in the land of the KKK.

These people in Alabama and Georgia DESPISE minorities. Why give up the beaches to live in the Dukes of HAzzard among the KKK!

This is so overrated man. Have y'all actually visited some of these campuses that are in small towns? **** i know people who went to HBCU's in small towns and had a great college experience. The beaches and big city nightlife isn't a deciding factor for the average college kid, if so they all go to USC, UH, and Miami. Now if was a professional player i'd hate to have to live in place like Buffalo, Green Bay, etc.

100% correct. People who say this stuff have no idea what its like to live in a real college town and how much of a great experience it is. I went to school in a college town and wouldn't change that to go to school in a place like miami where everything is transient and there is no college life at most schools. Agreed on the pro life once that comes around.

Weak minded?

These kids are choosing to go to a place like Bama where the roster is full of studs and play for an over the top demanding coach like Saban. Play in big time games on the national stage, but they are weak minded?

The easier path would have been to stay home and make life easier.

Playing in the SEC West is not like playing in the Coastal either.

If you don't perform at a high level there you don't play. They run guys off all the time.

But yeah you're right.

Well............ KKK University pays $200,000 for each elite player........... Cannot blame these poor kids for taking the money............

By the way, we just lost Campbell and Surtain Jr.

It kills me that these kids are literally playing for the KKK.......................

So at $200,000 per elite kid (5 star) & what like $50,000 to $100,000 for 4 star kids, that's a payroll of around $6,000,000 for Bama players.

Seems legit. LOL

The managing partner at my old fund alone donated $200,000 per annum to the Dawgs fund every year. Atlanta is 85% Dawgs and it is the country's 8th largest city. The Dawgs fundation easily obtains $4 to $6 million in funds per annum for recruiting purposes. 99% of Georgia Tech's STEM graduates leave Atlanta upon graduating. That city is all old Dawgs.

Atlanta is probably the best city in the country to be black so idk what you're on about. The rest of Georgia has some catching up to do but I ain't gonna let you trash the A like that

It's pretty much like those people who say going to school in a city like Miami is dangerous and a bad choice. Then we turn around and say you don't know wtf you're talking about, campus is in Coral Gables, great education, etc.

Am not talking about living in a "college town". Am saying that Atlanta is supposedly a "metropolitan area". There are 8 million people working within 25 miles of the perimeter on any given day (that is 25% of Georgia's population). We spent 5-years in NYC, 4-years in DC, 5-years in LA and grew up in Miami. Atlanta is a DUMP compared to those cities.

Atlanta, as the "capital of the South", is RIDDLED with 'good ol' boys'. Atlanta is at MINIMUM 35-years BEHIND LA, NYC, San Francisco, DC, Boston, Portland, Seattle, Chicago and even Miami. We lived in Druid Hills and awoke one day to a new neighbor's CHICKEN FARM! Our house was a 10-minute drive from Mid-Town and 20 minutes from Buckhead and this YAHOO moves in next door with 8 chickens and a rooster.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

It is no coincidence that Calvin Ridley and his little bro ended up at two of the largest spenders in CFB! If a kid like that or Jobe wants to take the money then they will get it from Bama, UGA, OSU. Jerry Jeudy all of a sudden wanted to go to Bama too, to follow in the moneyed footsteps of Calvin Ridley???

The two biggest spenders in CFB played for the title this year, to dethrone the spenders you will have to build something here that will keep the talent at home and look for character kids that want to go to the U rather than be bought off like another Sony Michel. The kids that get bought off have sold their souls but don't realize it, to them they just see the green now and worry about later, later.

Bags are dropped, nobody denies that.

But it isn’t every player either. Not every team. Not every player on every team. I’d be willing to bet plenty of players on the Bama roster don’t get paid either. Just enough.

And the amounts being thrown around are not realistic, except only possibly for a very very small few.

The fact is, none of you people know exactly because none of you are the ones on the inside doing it, so don’t pretend like you know. You sound just as stupid sat the people that say it never happens. It happens, at some schools more than others. Much more than that, nobody here can say unless they know one athlete specifically. And that’s one person. So cut it out with the broad sweeping generalities.

What college town did you live in?

You are so full of **** it isn't funny. The only way Most of those cities are ahead of Atlanta is with crime and homelessness, American homelessness. Atlanta has a nice airport in fact the most used in the entire world. Those other cities have old garbage airports and horrible infrastructure and dirty. I lived in Boston it's a ****hole, bad roads, same with LA and most of CA, NYC and Chicago. NYC and LA don't even have clean air. I'd live in Atlanta over any of those cities except Miami, spent quite a bit of time there. People right outside of the city of Boston have chickens, not exclusive to Atlanta, ask me how I know. lol When chickens come home to roost next door - LA Times

A racist calling other people racist, what a hoot you are!

Am not calling anyone a racist. You are probably one of those ''good ol' boys'' I mentioned.

Atlanta is a backwards dump compared to the cities I mentioned. We now live in LA and there is literally ZERO comparison between Atlanta and LA. None........... If you are provincial, against change and opposed to diversity then Atlanta is "for you". In the cities I mentioned, there are thousands of activities to engage in. Atlanta is 5-5.5 hours from the beach and the closest cities within 1.5 hours are Chattanooga, Greenville and Birmingham. Atlanta is insular, boring and backwards. If you are old and provincial, then Atlanta is an OASIS.

Thank God there is no comparison, LA is a ****hole because they choose illegals over Americans. LA has more crime, more gangs, more people living homeless, horrible roads, airports rival third world countries, city is falling apart. Pensions are all under funded. https://spectator.org/going-for-broke-can-los-angeles-afford-to-host-the-olympics/

Then we can talk about the pollution, the worst in the entire country. L.A., Central Valley have worst air quality, American Lung Assn. says - LA Times

Against diversity, is that what you call it? ''Add into the mix the over four million illegal immigrants who live in Los Angeles County where they receive an estimate of $3 of public assistance for every $1 they contribute, a minimum wage law driving small business out of the city, and you get the picture.'' LA gov choosing illegals over our vets and Americans, good luck living in that mess. . Another Veterans Day in L.A. and there are twice as many homeless veterans as last year - LA Times When I Lived in Florida I'd have my black friends from MA stay at my house. Went to HS football games all over south Florida, would only sit with Black people, more fun, more heart. Now stick that racist BS right up your ******. P.S. Please don't come live in Vegas we don't need anymore racists here.

What you just wrote is pure bigotry. Also, you know zero about economics..... Illegals in LA work for way less than minimum wage and CONTRIBUTE $3 for every $1 they take back. That is a fact.

You prefer the company of the provincials, the uneducated and the bigots. I prefer the Company of the intellectuals. I possess a Georgetown undergraduate degree, and two separate Ivy League Master's degrees. NYC, LA and Boston are my panacea and Atlanta is yours.

People that hate foreign cultures, such as yourself, feel right at home in the backwards, undeveloped, economic quagmire that is Atlanta. I speak 4 languages fluently and prefer the company of the educated class. You prefer living with the Dukes of Hazard and I prefer Santa Monica, Malibu or Palisaides! Go iron your white sheet and wear it proudly at the next Charlottesville rally!

I don't think they're taking enough kids from South FLA to keep us from being successful. I think FSU has been a bigger threat than they have.

Would I like to have Ridley, Juedy or Jobe? Sure. But a handful of kids over the years isn't going to hold us back from the ACC Championship and a playoff birth. Once we start making those appearances on a frequent basis then it'll be easier to keep those kids home.

We've won recruiting battles over Alabama too. We have several kids who were heavily pursued by Bama in this 2018 recruiting class alone.

This is the one class we held them off for alot of kids too, from what I know they wanted Pope Lingard Hall. I dont know who else though

We dont have to match the spending of the Bamas of the world hut we have to break the bank strategically for certain talents/types of talents such as great DTs, LTs always and an elite skill player or two when theres a need.

You bet your sweet *** I'm intolerant when people break our laws and come into this country illegally and suck off the tax payers. Tens of thousands of them in our prisons for murder, rape, child molestation and many more things. And then you have corrupt states like CA put them before American citizens and on top of that our vets. ZERO about economics, It's the other way around I guess you didn't read the article. ''Add into the mix the over four million illegal immigrants who live in Los Angeles County where they receive an estimate of $3 of public assistance for every $1 they contribute''. Illegals cost the state of CA tax payers over 23 billion that doesn't include what the fed gives them for illegals. Map: Illegal immigration costs California most, $23B, all states $89B

I've always laughed at you intellectual type jags. While you were wasting your time collecting degrees I was retired by 26 on my own dime. Lived the life in SF in the 80's and 90's then got married. So spare me with your I'm smarter than you BS. I wonder if you paid for one of those pieces of paper, probably sucked off the tax payers to get them.

Ahh here comes the BS, If I don't hold your opinion with something I'm a biggot, your ***** *** was just saying how the southern states shouldn't have been let in the union and they're all filled with kkk. Over 50% of Atlanta is black, is that why you don't like it there? Black people not intellectual enough for you? FU! But you're right about one thing I do like to be around down to earth people, no snots like you who think they're better than others.

Nothing to do with not liking cultures, what I don't like is illegals flooding in our country breaking our laws and expecting us to take care of them. Some of the crazy *** states like CA even put them before our poor, it's sickening. There is a black preacher I listen to from Atlanta he'd put your sorry *** right in your place. Go back and get your facts straight, I know more about that corrupt state than you do!
