AQM give me facts

Talk about the pot and the ******* kettle.

How exactly..or is the meaning of that phrase too confusing for you? Like I said, it could be an unfair suspension, it could be totally fair. Don't have the info. Neither do you.

Yeah, it's too confusing for me. Why don't you dumb it down for me some more, c0ckface? The info I based that comment upon is that you spend the bulk of what little life you have here, defending Shalala and Coach Bonnie Grape at every turn. I'm in possession of that info, and it makes your exhortations for objectivity look ridiculous.

Gobblescock knows a ****face when he sees it, dammit!

Attack the post, not the poster, CaponInHeels.

Kinda like you did by calling the poster ****face and attacking his person instead of his post, ****gobbler?

It would appear that his post was, in fact, too difficult for you to grasp.

But rest easy, you're not alone. There are so many ******* retards on this board who have obviously lost all ability for rational thought (if they ever had it in the first place) that you're in good stead. Gobble away!

Why Capon, what an ugly thing to say. I abhor ugliness. But alas, if your miserable life and chemical imbalance cause you to need to take your provincial little shots at me, continue to do so. I'm above the fray, and your tiny, hateful comments don't affect my life in the least.

I'd figure it being off campus AND no formal chargers being brought up would help AQM even more.

i think what screwed AQM tho is that he said it was self defense and others who witnessed the entire thing said otherwise. if he had just come out and said he punched the kid and it wasn't self defense, he might have had a better shot.

So now you know it wasn't self defense? You went from calling for neutrality because no one knew anything to you knowing all the details in a couple hours.

Barry jackson said that AQM claimed self defense but witnesses gave conflicting statements regarding the self defense argument. I'm just repeating what was reported. maybe if u followed some of the beat writers, you'd know the actual details that have been released so far

Muhammad told UM that he hit the roommate in self-defense, according to UM athletic department person. There were conflicting statements when witnesses were interviewed.

Oh Barry Jackson said it, so you assume it's true. He got his info 2nd hand just like some of the guys here who reported a different version.

I trust Barry Jackson who is actually credentialed and gets paid to do this versus random ppl on here who don't have to be held accountable if they're wrong.

Guys, we don't have that much power. I am so pro athletics also. We weren't even told ahead of time. I am not happy with the decision. We don't get consulted on those things.

That's a real b! Tch *** call.. just for a fight. And why does the student council get to make that call.. aren't administrative people getting paid big bucks to make that decision

We don't. You all believe one thing one guys says. I wish we had more say in athletics, things would hopefully be better. We don't have much day in anything.

I told you guys this had nothing to do with the staff or even the administration. The protocol is set in stone and some ****** students decided to suspend one of our most talented football players for defending his son.

Wrong. It has nothin to do with students. Not at all. The only thing students play a part in are academic cheating cases, and it isn't even Student Government. It's another group. We don't have that much power and definitely aren't consulted.

If this happens at Bama, you don't hear about it and Saban gets the kid that was punched suspended.

There is no way that a student honor council has the final say on whether a kid gets suspended.

We don't have ANY say!

These guys want to believe anything that fits their argument whether true or not. Do the research and only
Trust ppl who have access to the program, not some random posters who may or may not know anything at all.

Back when Andre Johnson cheated, I'm pretty sure he went in front of the same honor council and got suspended for the summer semester. That was the right call. Now there's dweebs and this whitely character being vengeful toward AQM because he's a football player. Disgusting*

Honor Council only hears cases of cheating. Nothing else.

Apparently your preferences are different from UM's. Unfortunately for you, at least in this case, what UM wants happens, and what you want doesn't.

What exactly happened? How do we know the other kid instigated the fight?

They don't know. But that's the narrative they have to invent to be able to attack the administration. Is it possible that the other kid did start it? Yes. But we don't know. Is it possible AQM started it? Yes, but we don't know. But only one of the two unknown possibilities fits their agenda, so they go with that one.

So basically you are confirming that you know nothing, but are making grand accusations against the university anyway. Thanks for making that clear.

I read the other dude slammed door knocking over AQM's child. Then, like any father would do, AQM punched the guy.

If that is all that AQM did, I doubt that he would have been suspended. I have heard it said that AQM "beat the *** out of him...." So accounts vary. A couple of problems we have here are that much of what we hear is slanted one way or the other, and another is that people believe what they prefer to believe.

Don't word smith. He kicked another grown mans *** for slamming a door into his child.

Assume that the average kid on the student council has an IQ twenty to thirty points higher than yours and is MUCH less biased on this issue. Both probably correct, although I really can't be certain about the relative IQs. Then add the fact that they listened to testimony from both kids and from witnesses and that they are more familiar than you are with the student code of conduct and with general standards of life on campus. Then admit to yourself that much of your picture of what happened involves a large measure of reliance on hearsay supplemented by your own imagination.

What does "hearsay" mean?

I didn't see a response to this question.
