Is he a sure starter at LSU? I know nothing about their roster. If not, you would think sticking with Guidry is his best path to the pros.

I’m not a fan of the home & home with G5 schools- bad optics for the program- BUT since LA is a ripe recruiting area at the moment, if we’re ever going to do it again, going to New Orleans could make some sense.

If this kid is really worth that much headache.

I was down in New Orleans for a month during the summer for work. On an off day I stumbled over to Tulane’s campus. They had everything, practice facilities, weight room, game field all open. I actually ended up getting to watch a piece of their practice.

Anywho, I would 1000% travel from Boston to New Orleans to watch miami play Tulane

I think the crystal ball was in before the LSU offer which, as for every Louisiana kid, is a game-changer.

Our only hope is his relationship with Guidry and the fact that he probably entered the portal with Miami in mind.

The quieter it is, the better for us imo. Again, think about Addison and Bear to USC. Guys that had destinations in mind and let the smoke settle.

The LSU offer + deadline to enroll at Miami does create unique obstacles, but I’ll take silence as a good thing until told otherwise.

JMO, that’s them just putting something out there. I think everyone knows it’s not going to be easy after just getting to Tulane + the LSU offer.
