If you get an answer to this, DM meWhere these defenders who’re gonna make us respectable next season?

At least this was over relatively quickly. We played a dangerous game of chicken last yearI'm a fan of Diego Pavia. He's like a smart Tim Tebow.
YesJust to be clear, who are we talking about here? Mendoza?
Let Luke compete with the Emory and Mendoza if he’s here. Imo Mendoza wins going away but I’d still like it. I’m as excited for Nickel as any Qb recruit we’ve had in an awhile.I am absolutely not against Mendoza. I think he’s a solid player I had hoped we could do a lot more
But Luke is an EE. That kid is comin for that job if it’s that room
But we will see how it shakes out of course
Mendoza wins it, is our qb 1 to 2 years and then nickel is a multi year starter.Let Luke compete with the Emory and Mendoza if he’s here. Imo Mendoza wins going away but I’d still like it. I’m as excited for Nickel as any Qb recruit we’ve had in an awhile.
Mateer was A. Manseh and ArnoldI recognize your talking about your option D so I missed it but who were options B & C?
I agree. The lack of movement on that side is concerningJust to be clear, who are we talking about here? Mendoza?
Look at High School recruiting - the SEC / BIG10 have pulled away from everyone else.I wish I had your optimism.
I doubt we go 6-6 but never count Miami out when it comes to disappointing its fans. At this point though 8-4 and 6-6 may as well be the same thing. Other schools getting their **** together with NIL has seemingly almost completely nullified Mario's one advantage, recruiting.
Regardless of whether you identify as a mope, realist, slurper, sunshine pumper, etc this upcoming year will most likely be the cornerstone for this program for many years to come. The '26 class is supposed to be loaded in S Fla and we need another top 7+ class but it needs to be a better recruiting rating average. The funds may quickly start to dry up if things go south next year.
have we actually shown any interest in mendoza? it's easy for us to make the connections obviously but it seems odd that we've heard nothing at all on that front.Mendoza wins it, is our qb 1 to 2 years and then nickel is a multi year starter.
The levels you’ll go to defend Mario is something to beholddude we weren't going after alot of those guys hard. Jayden Jackson was a kid multiple people on here said our staff didnt really care about. the kid himself said we didnt recruit him hard but now we will count him as a lose lol.
Look at Cams turnovers here versus his previous stop. Mendoza was playing with a bad ol and not much else. I keep saying situation dictates qb’s success more than anything. There’s only been a handful of sure things to walk this earth. Guys that would be great no matter the situation.it might not be depending on the OL's they are behind. Look at Mendoza's numbers with a team full of injuries.
Mateer has more talent but that OU OL will be a problem.
Yeah I think all 3 of those options are “winners” for lack of a better word. And I’m a big fan of DawsonLet Luke compete with the Emory and Mendoza if he’s here. Imo Mendoza wins going away but I’d still like it. I’m as excited for Nickel as any Qb recruit we’ve had in an awhile.
dude I literally rip him non stop for having guidry here. recruiting battles arent always what they seem. The levels you’ll go to defend Mario is something to behold

he finds open guys, can use his legs, and reacts well. he put up good stats with that OL and his rbs and wr's all battling injuriesLook at Cams turnovers here versus his previous stop.
