whoa. when did LSU get back in there? if he visits LSU feb 1, you can bet that is where he is signing. However, I, like most people here, want AQM over Williams. If we miss on AQM, then Williams is a nice consolation prize

I'm in. Williams won't have the pressure of McCord to play before he is ready. McCord, Hamilton, and Hoilett are all going to make plays next year.

Exactly, come in RS, get that size up and produce in 2014. I also agree with you JHall, everyone is in a panic but I really feel like those players and others will step up big time this year.

He hasn't said anything negative about Miami (that i have heard) so I got no problem with anything he has done. He has to do what he thinks is best for his family, himself, and future. I hope he's a Cane but if not I don't have a problem with him.

Keith has the god given talent be a major talent, even if he is lazy now, the first time he is in that weight room seeing NFL Pro Bowlers and those higher on the depth chart, he will have 1 of 2 options. Turn into a monster, ball out, and make it to the league. Or become a huge bust and go down as a bust. I also think AL and Swassey will help him with the decision in UTOUGH

As far as whether or not he comes here, the people I talk to in Louisiana think he's coming here. I still will stay on the cautious side until he actually makes the visit. He's had 3 trips set up to Miami but didn't make it to any of them

Exactly. This is "grown men" opinions on the immaturity of 18 year old kids. These mostly aren't comments on him going through the "recruiting process", its the way he is doing it.

I'd still take him and hope the staff can get him on the right track, because he has the talent.

Thanks. I'm hoping we have room for both since both are talents at a position if need. I just wasn't sure whether we would take 2 more DE's to go with Bond. Seemed like Williams' recruitment slowed down just prior to Muhammed heating up so I thought maybe they were waiting on Muhammed.

He is a major talent and a major knucklehead. With the right coaching he can do great things at the college level. There is also the solid chance that he is a flop due to character flaws. IMO he is worth the gamble of continuing to recruit him and bring him in, especially when dropping him assures he goes to our rival.

As for his inability to keep up with pace, I simply want the ******** who jumped down my throat when I reacted to his senior video to come out and eat some crow. Look, he is talented and anyone who saw his junior film can see that. But, it was a different player in his senior videos and it mostly had to do with what seemed to be a conditioning and weight problem. His explosiveness was not consistent. I suspect you'll see a couple good plays in the actual bowl because of his talent, but his ability to sustain anything will be in serious question.

Given some of the glimpses of his attitude and lack of focus, you have to wonder what kind of rollercoaster ride his career would be. All that said, we're in desperate need of...even just his potential.
