Alex Collins finally signs with Arkansas

from what i've heard collins does want to go to arkansas. he has a connection to bielema because of the coach and apparently would have gone to wisconsin if bielema was still there. but his mom, girl, and coach want him at miami. people are saying his coach is pushing him to arkansas but multiple sources are saying that's not the case. collins was pretty much going where bielema was going because of their relationship.

No, if HE(not his coach) wants to go to Arkansas, his mom should step aside and let him go. If he wants to go to Miami, but his coach is pressuring him to go to Arkansas, he should GTFO of the way and let the kid go where he wants to go. In short, Collins should go where HE wants to go. That goes for all recruits.

i'll admit that came off wrong. obviously parents should be involved but not to the point of pushing a kid where he doesn't want to go. those situations rarely work out well for the kid. anytime it's happened at uf the kid usually transfers or flames out. shrugs.
 
it's his mother who doesn't wanna put him in racist long distance situation. completely different than poisoning kids bc you're butthurt bc you got fired

He's going to Arky because of his coach's relationship to Arkansas' staff not because of any relationship Collins has to the staff. His HS coach is basically using him as a pawn to get a job at Arkansas.

Sorry, but you lost all credibility when you said his coach wants him at Miami.
 
#dammitmane that is why you never bad mouth or trash a kid on twitter after he commits..... some fans shouldn't be able to congratulate Alex(IF he signs with UM) after what they told him on Monday.

Yep. His coach has done everything he could to keep him away from UM and also to give himself Heart issues at a young age

He told family he was commiting to UM before taking the trip up to Atlanta
 
I doubt Mamma is going to lose this if Gatewood is in the wrong. If he hasn't kept her abreast of what is going on, she might kill him.
