Lol when they said his nickname is quan....i thought of the line from Jerry Maguire....Some dudes have the coin....but they will never have the "Qaun"....will Miami just might have the QUAN.
 
imma be honest i NEVER check the kid out all through the recruiting cycle because i thought he was a longshot....

Just looked at the short clip and............."holy sh*t".....kid is a beast....plug n play guy...and if he commits in this class with Matt Thomas ....good lord...that alone would help out our d tremendously.
 
OK gogeta, if you are gonna make me dream.... FOSTER, Thomas, and Muhammad... I know, I know, shouldn't have done that, both if I am going to hope, nay to dream.... why not?
 
Will not get my hopes up.

He'd get a ton of quality snaps as a true Frosh.

I just started following recruiting again after refusing to for two years. A highly rated guy from NJ picked Rutgers over us last year? Great now I look like a real ******* ******.

Yeah we were just on him a bit late I think. Rutgers seems to have a pretty strong pull there right now. Hamilton went to the same school as Muhammed and was a 5 star DE. Not sure how he did this year though but yeah we finished second there.
 
Most impressive **** I've seen from a HS DL in awhile was when he dropped into coverage about 20 yards downfield, and while running with his back to the play he lept and stabbed the pass with one hand and looked like a RB returning the pick. Yikes. This is exactly the sort of athleticism UM is missing on the edge.

I'm with LuCane on this one. Not even thinking about this kid and the destruction him and Thomas could be capable of. Nope not even thinking a little bit about him taking snaps away from our current DEs and actually putting pressure on the QB from day 1. Not thinking about a future all american and first round pick talking about The U when being introduced during Monday Night Football........

Dannyboycane. He was an insider on scouts free board that Mike Bakas admitted he got his info from. Died in a terrible animal encounter
 
My initial impression was a young Simeon Rice....

Lots of natural skills to develop with that guy, be nice to see him at UM...
