I mean we’re not talking bout some kid who was going to FIU before we came around. Venebles wanted him badly I think that says a lot.

He was at Piper and they havent had anybody since Quadtrine Hill lol.

Covid and playing at a Broward County doormat.

I got him being just as solid as his brother who honestly is a take EVERY TIME being a s.fla DT.

Kid can be a real problem for Acc lines. Also if you guys pay attention like i do to our division recruiting...Pitt and UVA are loading up on HUGE OL. We gotta be able to offset some of that. Unc also has some big ems.

For a man his size, he moves fairly well and quickly. If he gets his pad level right, his bull rush can turn into a big time problem. His swim move needs work tho.

He is the kind of kid we used to not evaluate correctly and turn out to be a good player somewhere else. Glad we got him.

I’d be willing to bet Jenkins has a better career statistically than Moten. It’ll be fun to revisit this thread in a few years. The same people hyping him up will be calling him a jag and a late take that we needed for his size or I’ll be saying sorry I was wrong.

With all this DT talk... I forgot all about Allan Haye from last yrs class... Any info/updates on him? Any chance he gets significant reps this yr?

Kid has upside considering he has the body type MC & Joe want in their d lineman. But we didn't see or hear from him at all last year, he's a mystery, but he doesn't have a ton of bodies ahead of him depth wise so maybe we see him vs the Bethune Cookman & MTSU games.

We talking about the same Jenkins here? The guy who had 1 sack and like 30 tackles in 4 years haha K.

Agreed. Especially UNC. The past 3 years they have signed some monsters in the trenches. Their DL will be very Butch esque.
