I didn’t say he was special is the point. I don’t think Moten is special I don’t how many times I can say Jenkins is a better comp than NFL players lol. I don’t see Moten as a high impact player so I compared him to a guy who was an okay role player. I’m not hyping anyone it’s quite the opposite lol

He looked dramatically better in his senior highlights than his junior ones. Maybe he has another step or two to take. Salave'a and Venables liked him. Let's hope they got the projection right.

One thing I like about our late OL/DL signings (Cooper, Moten, McCoy) is they are late risers. They aren’t just big guys who got early hype because they were bigger than everybody else. They changed their bodies late and that led to their best football. I think that is a good sign that upward trajectory can continue in college.

I like some parts of his film and everyone can get better. I just don’t think he’ll make an impact here unless he takes a huge leap. I think he’s an example of a guy that will get recruited over with Mario at the helm. I could be completely wrong but based on how important the trenches are to coach I can’t imagine a scenario where he ever starts here. I could be completely wrong and the kid could be the sleeper cell some are making him out to be.

Yeah hope so. That's one signee I wanted to keep an eye on from last yr but then just haven't heard anything.

Just took a look at his senior highlight tape and I saw a bully completely dominating. He is 6'3 320 right now. If he has the strength to go along with that size he may very well play a lot as a true freshman. There is a spot available in the DT rotation for a space eater with size

Doesn't make sense. Production and great size, good motor, moves well for his size. Maybe I just have some orange and green glasses on 🤷‍♂️

Agree, but did you see Nesta' high school tapes? He simply bulldozed guys and tackled entire backfields. Ahmad hopefully will get better coaching.
