Aaron Feld?

Just wondering why?
Varied resume through the years, players here appeared to have a balance between build and maintaining quickness rather than too much pull toward one physical trait, generally avoided the kind of stress injuries that poor S&C leads to.

I also talked extensively with someone who was in S&C/Sports medicine at FIU who had very high regard for him. Always said that he tailors techniques to individuals, which I believe he did while here (I have no way to know that 100% without being in the room).

I knew nothing of Feld, but did not like his gimmicky attitude. The injuries during the season, which apparently were a trend at Oregon, soured my taste further.

He used/uses post-activation potentiation in his programming which was an area of research for my Master's. I'm still not sure how viable it is in training but the fact that he not only knows what it is but implements it at the collegiate level is sick. Dude's legit.

I understand that people's bodies are very different in terms of our floors and ceilings, but I am a firm believer that a trainer should look the part. Feeley looked like someone who trained for an athletic purpose.

Gus Felder was fat. I couldn't take anything about him seriously. He wasn't walking the walk.

Feld is a bodybuilder. There's nothing wrong with that, of course, but it's not football either.

This is the money year for Feld. Time to prove doubters wrong or right.

But if Guidry wants he could bring Hester along with him and I’d be fine with it. Hopefully they hit it off in those 2 weeks (and I know Hester is a Tulane alum and loves Louisiana…but one can dream)
