Yup. He worked with prime rib..the best cuts. We gotta more of that in the building. If we do, I’ll be the strength coach free of charge..I’ll even invite you to the workoutsI know exactly who he worked with. God knows I spent enough time in the UM Weight room watching workouts.
SeanTay HATED weightlifting....but would run till the end of time. He'd leave Hecht, and next thing ya know, he'd be 5 miles away.Yup. He worked with prime rib..the best cuts. Do you remember you and I voicing our concerns with Feld and injuries when he first got hired? What issues did you have with him? He did great with what he had to work with, injuries were greatly reduced compared to Felder, and our guys were never gassed in the 4th quarter.
Facts! Preach to the treasure troll loving slurpers. The downfall started when shalala wanted Alvarez before she was even in her office. No matter what anyone wants to hear. Butch got screwed Lied to and basically said ***** it and left. He loved so fla
Not a natural aspect of football. All he was doing was setting himself up for injuries. That wasn't doing anything beneficial for him as a football player.SeanTay HATED weightlifting....but would run till the end of time. He'd leave Hecht, and next thing ya know, he'd be 5 miles away.
Your little gotcha doesn’t work. If you look at the date that was posted, it was before they had won their first championship in the last 40 years. He hadn’t won one before that.
Yeah....it really hurt him...Not a natural aspect of football. All he was doing was setting himself up for injuries. That wasn't doing anything beneficial for him as a football player.
No…even that field has evolved. He is part of the history of Miami football and it should just be left at that at this point.I’m not familiar with all the new cutting edge techniques in S&C, don’t know who the industry leaders are and honestly don’t know what makes a S&C program good outside of the results we witness on the field. As matter of fact, as I type this my fingers are covered in Cheeto dust while a sleeve of Oreos lays gently on the top of my belly as 3 of its inhabitants frolic innocently in a glass of cold milk completely oblivious to the ghastly fate that awaits them.
For those that know, would there be any value in having Swasey as an assistant S&C coach focusing solely on speed and agility? Do we already have someone on staff dedicated to that or is that something they all work on? Aside from recruiting better athletes it would be great if we could maximize their speed and agility to get back to having “Miami Speed”.
