That’s a question for Mario himself, not me. I don’t like being exposed to all of this “negativity” even though most of it is reality based. I wish Mario could receive it directly because he deserves to be exposed to it. A person shouldn’t need to be doubted and suck before being motivated, I actually hate that new mindstate. In my 30+ years as Canes fan, when things get resoundingly bad like this, it’s usually something good (news) on the horizon or the football program responds. It’s all about sustaining that response and making that sense of urgency part of the culture.

This has been bull**** the entire time and when someone brings counter points with data or factual trends it’s all the excuses and all the down vote emojis because there really is a narrative trying to be maintained. We are not going to tweet and podcast ourselves to a championship.
Mario and staff obviously have a narrative they are pushing and it’s being propagated by Twitter and the press secretaries, who I don’t see tonight btw. The data has been in front of our faces the whole time and many choose to ignore or don’t understand post NIL recruiting trends so they try to tell themselves a happy story.
