Patterson came in a few times and looked solid. He needs to be that safety going forward. Harris cannot play as much as he has been anymore.

They won't be able to say that this bust wasn't on Harris. The D is clearly in Drop 8 Quarters, all he had to do was backpedal or even stay put. Instead he comes down & crosses in front of Meesh as if he was ready to pick up the slot receiver. I mean what coverage is that?? IDK I've never seen it

#7 has been involved in at least 80% of the big play TDs against us this year. I have no idea how he's still on the field He does NOTHING well, Not 1 Thing.

#20 comes in, makes a couple plays (did miss an ankle tackle) nearly forces a fumble, Defense gets off the field. #7 goes back in, Touchdown. Like wtf is going on is Guidry that stubborn or just blind??

Glad we can laugh about it now. Hoping to handle business but we’re looking at shootouts for the rest of the season

if FSU and Duke put up 35 points on Miami, I won't be happy about it. If they only get 30 pts

Whats crazy is Guidry is the safety coach brought in a guy who got beat out...lost his two starters and didnt think to bring in another guy in the summer. He knew they were bad im guessing he didnt expect this bad...but we as fans knew

He coaches safeties and knows this as well

History has shown he doesn't sub safeties much and he won't being in the thick of the acc games he gonna ride with meech and Harris I'm guessing. ..unless of injury. Coming out of bye expected better cohesion but it looks the same. He may be forced to up tick zayquan 10 more defensive reps

I believe the safety room is his too. 7 must be a weekday warrior. 20 will get his but we need to be careful to not throw him to the wolves too soon. I am so relieved JW is gone. He legit got me more upset than Harris because he was a head case as well. Kam on the other hand would be a huge addition to this D.

Thing with Williams he’s never given up the amount of plays Harris has. Harris is beyond unplayable. Kam gambled a lot(got beat too by doing so so much) but at least he made plays at the same time. Harris just isn’t it

Some of the worst Safety play I’ve seen in a really long time. That Safety duo when AJ Highsmith was around was at least sound in comparison. Safety is a feel and instincts position, and our guys are seemingly learning on the job. The stakes are too high. This was a player personnel error. Plain and simple.

Guidry is clearly stubborn smh, Patterson is better and a gamer we definitely need some portal help in the secondary too!!

Patterson has looked way more alert while on the field all year long when he has gotten in than Jaden Harris. Harris better not be starting the next game. You can’t tell me you can watch this guys film and you are okay with him still starting
