#7 Harris Again

It was ridiculous, like what was going through his head. A fairly easy assignment to not ****ed up. He could have literally stood still where he started and still be in position to make a play.

Agree, Brock. I absolutely hate ****ting on college players - especially our own - but that kid is ***.

The entire secondary is bad but he’s unplayable.

Agreed. We have what we have at this point, and we knew going into the season that our secondary was our weakest link.

Don’t think we thought they would be this bad though.

We are winning in spite of that group.
 
Y’all need to watch other teams play. Our defensive talent as whole is game of 5.

The secondary is complete trash top-bottom. And that’s what happens when you don’t recruit DBs for 3 years.

We have a patch work secondary. Just look at the schools some of these guys came from. Marshall, WV, Vandy, Wash…

We lack the necessary speed and athleticism in the secondary and it’s glaring.

Guidry has zero answers against the pass. Shuck picked us apart all day

They dont sub at safety much just spot duty.

Harris was in Zayquans position last year.

Whats crazy is Guidry is the safety coach brought in a guy who got beat out...lost his two starters and didnt think to bring in another guy in the summer. He knew they were bad im guessing he didnt expect this bad...but we as fans knew

At what point do you make the change? There playing the freshman at CB. Have to imagine film review every single week, there has to be at least some thought to give someone else a shot.

That's the one thing we can't really say is our secondary talent is better then the rest of the ACC. We under recruited in that position and got meh guys out of the portal to fix that area. Addae recruiting is showing up right now and its not good

Gogeta4 if theses types of busts are going to be made by upperclassmen then Guidry has no real options other than the kids. The back 7 has multiple guys that can't cover, can't tackle, can barely run and lack situational awareness. Further, we're seeing the same mistakes by the same people week in and week out. There are multiple kids on defense not getting their jobs done right now

I don’t think there a fixable solution for us on defense. Only chance for us is to score on every drive.
 
Plain and simple! The secondary sucks. The only bright spot is OJ Frédérique. Hill can't cover and tackle and the safeties are too slow, can't tackle and take bad angles. Guidry needs to figure out the best 4 to put on the field, OJ +3. At this point Patterson #20 needs to get more playing time.
