This seems realistic to me, and far closer to what I'd expect him to run. But why would you not get way out ahead of it. I mean... come on.
O'Dare is his agent. He reps a few Canes. O'Dare works for RosenhausDrew not worried about Day 3 guys with the clientele he has. He needed someone who only had 2 or 3 clients that was hungry for him to be great. Smh
You think it’s realistic he consistently ripped 4.53ish and chose not to show that at the combine a couple weeks back? That would be an even worse decision than this message on Twitter. Whatever happened, if his hammy did tighten up, just don’t run. The 40 and its 10 yard split were the only things any logical scout would look for in his workout. Anyone with eyes can see his positive traits: tough, smart, solid shuttle, hands, etc. I wish the kid the best. I think he got questionable guidance on this one. This seems realistic to me, and far closer to what I'd expect him to run. But why would you not get way out ahead of it. I mean... come on.
Landry ran a 4.77 at the combine, then ran a 4.51 at his pro day
Hunter Renfrow ran a 4.59 at the combine
Cephus ran a 4.73 at the combine then a 4.56 at his pro day
U don’t see 4.8 40’s at pro days, & unfortunately X didn’t run at the combine, & maybe he knew his time would be bad so he held out for his pro day. A 4.8 hand timed 40 is really a 4.9-5.0
People forget that when Landry ran that 4.7 he pulled him hammy but still finished the run. Thats the .2 difference
Red flag, we are flush with Day 3- Day4 guys.O'Dare is his agent. He reps a few Canes. O'Dare works for Rosenhaus
He didn't do any of the combine workouts except for the bench maybe some drills. So we don't know why he didn't do them at the combine. But one logic explanation for that would be if he was doing 4.53 laser in practices, then maybe the thought process is just wait till the pro-day which is much more reliant on hand-times which are usually to the players benefit and some will clock you at 4.49s. And him running in the 4.4s could have significantly aided his draft status more than like a 4.55 laser time would if that number is 'out there'.You think it’s realistic he consistently ripped 4.53ish and chose not to show that at the combine a couple weeks back? by no means do i like guidry but it was the worst game all year by our DB's - oj- Porter - our best DB's were getting smoked and missed all day- the coverage was there they just had no balls that gameGuidry had no adjustments/counters/ did literally nothing to try stop the bleeding, just watched hopelessly as his DBs got cooked 1 on 1 over and over and over again **** was maddening all season smh.

Arroyo ran routes and didn't do the 40... nor did he do any drills at the combine like restrepo. Only difference was I think restrepo did the bench. But arroyos excuse was what? shoulder?Didn’t bro run full routes w Ward???! wtf???
If it’s in his blood to compete, you do it at the combine and then do it even better at pro day, like every other competitor has historically done itHe didn't do any of the combine workouts except for the bench maybe some drills. I hope the Bears, Vikings and Packers agree.Dont care.
Im still drafting him on Day 2.
I know he's slow. It's fine.
