I have spoken to my good friend about this, he is the head of Cleveland's analytics/MoneyBall department.

I've been close with him since HS. He went to MIT and used to write for The Baseball Prospectus.

And if the staff can't convince him of this, then there is something systemically wrong. He has the stuff to be A LOT higher than a Round 19 pick.
