**** no. The team drafting him early better not need him too soon. You're a GM who must hit this draft, or you will be fired.

Do you draft him?
Josh Allen being the most recent example.College production is not necessarily indicative of future NFL success at the QB position.

I treat every decision as if my job is on the line. If people were more serious, they'd be a lot more successful.**** no. The team drafting him early better not need him too soon.
To me Richardson is a total luxury pick. If you are a top team with a GM with job security and can afford it, then I guess you can make the pick. My issue, beyond gator, has been pointed out by you and Cryptical. His reads suck and his accuracy hasn’t been good. He had a very good line last year and it didn’t matter. The only thing I’ll note in his favor, aside from athleticism, is that he had a poor WR core last season and I believe there were a lot of drops which added to his poor numbers.I treat every decision as if my job is on the line. He’s a gifted athlete. What that doesn’t show as you know is the reads/accuracy issues. If a team has the luxury to take him then it’s not that risky.
... I mean this is pretty ******* elite athletically. He shouldn't go early first. But late first? If you're a team like the Giants? I mean....
Coaches think they are not only the smartest man in the room but possibly the world. They see those tools and all reason and logic escape them as they believe they can fix those minor issues and make them great. To me Richardson is a total luxury pick. Agility will probably kill him, but this is pretty crazy so far.
That is a Madden Generated Rookie.

Why didn't Kincaid work out?View attachment 232196
Don’t think he did the agility tests but good day for Mallory. Also this TE class looks really good
