No, it's not necessarily indicative. But it's certainly a leading indicator.
Depends on the QB.

There’s varying factors that explain production, some QB’s put up huge numbers in College & can’t play a lick in the league. Correlation isn’t causation when it comes to QB’s.

Will Levis is every bit as mildly productive as Richardson, but he’s still touted as a top 3 pick, because he’s being scouted on his potential & not just his stats.

It looks like Mallory might move up on the draft boards. Canes got Mallory and Stephenson who should be solid draft picks, maybe both gone before Day 3. Not sure if the Canes will have any more draftees at this point, but there is still Pro Day

This combine shows that the Canes coaching staff have a lot of work to do to build this program back up to where it needs to be talent wise. Clearly, the Canes need to recruit and develop more players

I'll take that as a "no," which is the correct answer.
Way too many things go into that decision. What system an I running, what do I have at the skill position and what is in my qb room? I would want him to sit a year and learn behind a vet which is why I said I wouldn’t say he’s a top 10 pick. Later in the first round of def take him
