should have got him in for a visit before first at least we'd have a real shot before good teams start offering.

This is what bothers me, you guys love to use useless rankings like this. Banda is listed as Chaney's primary. Chaney was coming here no matter who recruited him. Banda whiffs every time he has an actual recruiting battle.

I’ll be very respectful and tell you David and Banda are his primary’s. Without Banda, he’s at UGA. You are 100% wrong. The kid has an AMAZING family and wants to be close to home. Very Duke like in his loyalty and believes in himself. He wanted to be here. However, that didn’t stop UGA and if he wasn’t properly recruited, he’d be gone like all the others. Give credit where it’s due.

Had 5INT's 15PBU's & 700yds as a KR/PR, runs a 4.34 40 with a 4.02 shuttle.

His only offers are UNLV, Sam Houston St, Incarnate Word, Abilene Christian & Texas Southern.

I'm guessing this means they know they're not getting Rakestraw... Idk why TF they're offering a kid like this but not offering De'Arre McDonald or Lorando Johnson.

But once again, Miami with "eLiTe" CB recruiting smh...

11.04 is definitely not a 4.7, the kid definitely runs in the 4.4 range at worst 4.5; you can see it on tape. His tape does not show a 4.7 forty.

I don’t think 4.7. I’ll say high 4.5’s. From his clips the talent looks a little suspect but he gets away with a lot because he’s a better athlete than his opponents. He doesn’t look like a 4.4.
 
The problem with Rumph is he has an eye for Talent, but he's lazy on the recruiting trail. He doesn't know how to Multitask developing and recruiting at the same time. Teaching? He's great, but he shouldn't be an actual coach at the University of Miami a GA. Same for Banda and Patke all GA's, and they need to go bring in a few snipers while they teach since they can't Multitask. Good find by Rumph diamond in the rough type prospect.
