Win some ***ing games. IF Diaz had backed up the talk with a good OC hire and a 10-win season it would be a different story. All the "nobody wants to play for Diaz" stuff is bullshyt. Nobody wants to play for .500 over two years Miami is what it is.

Blah blah blah gimmicky defense. GTFO here. You think these kids are so astute that they can tell things are allegedly all smoke and mirrors? Win games and pay. Thats how things change. Bet you drop a big bag on a couple kids and the supposed gimmicky defense **** would be ignored.

All the talent in last year's class was on defense. They wanted to play in Diaz's defense.

You get elite athleticism with this kid, I say take the chance on the kid. Personally I think UM should strive to add Rakestraw, this kid, and Morton, becuase I don't think the 2021 class is gonna be vert friendly to UM.

Perfectly worded...It's not just that he misses at the top (although in his case the fact he missed on all the AH corners should have given us a clue) it's that he completely mismanages his board. Don't get me wrong...He should land 1 every 2-3 years at the top too...Just by accident and just being at UM.

But since he screws that up, then he at least should organize and manage his board. So many backup plans in Sofla and even they laugh in his face

Every staff is looking at the same remaining prospects and sleepers now.Will be hard to sneak anyone here now.Just look at these guys getting SEC offers now.Very smart move by these kids not signing early and now getting offers from schools who turned down better prospects earlier.

Lol the thread starting bashing the kid and Rumph then he gets a rankings update (now rated higher than Justin Hodges, Davonte brown and Ronald Delancy) and another nice offer and everyone now wants to take the kid. Moral of the story: nobody in here knows what they’re doing and it’s probably why we are fans and coaches are coaches.

The tape isn't terrible...One of Delancey or Hodges should have been taken. With Jamel Potts and Brown from AH all offered by November...

No idea why Rumph forced Hodges out, the man has no idea what he's doing

He got an offer and received 3 stars instantly. Now he's going to use that boost to play for Kiffin or any Texas school.

This kid getting boosted to an .85 doesn't change anything said about Mike Rumph. Not one thing.

It means he found a kid no one else had found that can play at this level. Watch more power 5 offers come in over the next few days. It’s a good find as he is better than a lot of guy many on here were pounding the table for.

Except that in recent history, our corches end up selling handjobs in a Slovakian bazaar after they get fired for poor job performance, while our team wins 7 or so games in the ACC.

He found the kid in January, after completely mismanaging the board the entire season and whiffing on multiple targets. Let's not forget those key facts.
