I am confused by this.

Are we supposed to think "hey, let's not give the kid a hard time, he has to drive everywhere, and the crippling 14 hour drive to Miami is WAY worse than the 10 hour drive to Tuscaloosa or the 11 hour drive to South Bend"?

Or are we supposed to ignore the fact that there are a lot more direct flights from Lynchburg to Miami than there are to Tuscaloosa or South Bend?

I hope we keep recruiting this kid and send him a bunch of geography educational materials.
 
But #ZachRicetotheU .. all the **** tweeting for nothing. But I respect it, hard to take a school seriously that is a plane ride away right now.

Everybody knows that and that’s not why people are a little upset. The driving distance is a poor attempt at an excuse.
If he was really that interested he would’ve made the trip. That interview he did with rivals was a straight troll job.

It’s the same sht that the tackle from West Virginia did. He hyped Miami way up and even posted how his mom gave him a Canes jersey for Christmas and didn’t even take a visit. People said he couldn’t visit cause of money but that dude visited everywhere crept here.

He's this year's Tristan Leigh. All the inevitable hashtags and edits won't stop him from going to UNC, where he will shut our D down for 3 years.

Maybe if we paid kids for visiting the way some other programs do, we’d get more visits!

Never was a high probability. Just keep talking to him. Leave the door open. Who knows, maybe Saban finally voluntarily retires or has another health issue and has no choice. We got Henderson when Pete Carroll left USC and they had some NCAA troubles.

What the **** do you expect the kid to say? Love you Miami fans, but either get together and match the bag I’m guaranteed from these 5 schools or I’m out?

How many of these highly prized blue chippers ever acknowledge another fan base like that in the first place...at least he acknowledged the love. It’s ******* business now, is what it is.
