You cannot seriously believe that?Living in Alabama is exponentially better than living in SoCal.
The California dream is dead. SoCal is the US version of Mumbai.

Yeah...I didn't get the need to pay Tucker that much. They were worried he was going else where but $9.5 million? They could have paid him $7m and he probably would stayed.Mel Tuckers college record
2019 5-7
2020 2-5
2021 10-2
overall 17-14
9.5 million a year
There’s people on the Razorback board saying the same things about Miami and that Kendall Briles would be stupid to leave Arkansas for south Florida.
These metro areas suck for poor people but rich people pay a **** ton of money to live in them.
Property values tell no lies. It's almost as if a giant marketplace is speaking to us and telling us who is right and who is wrong.
By almost, I mean concretely.
Property values tell no lies.
Wasn’t long ago I would have told you David Shaw was a top 3 coach in college football. I think he’s been lapped in offensive philosophy but still incredible what he’s done there.

Because over paying for stuff is a sign of truth...Property values tell no lies.
The oil rig mogul that lives in the Mobile Garden District absolutely agree with you.....Yup. The most expensive house in Alabama is a fancy bathroom in many parts of CA and Miami.
And tourism. The old "we live where you vacation" adage holds weight.
I see for add msu and psuI see too. Stanford and LSU.
I have lived in both SoCal and Miami. I also have visited the 3rd world schithole that is Alabama. You couldn't pay me enough to live in Bama over SoCal.Living in Alabama is exponentially better than living in SoCal.

That beat Mario's Oregon team?David Shaw is stealing money with his 2007 offense…
Doubt it. Dude is going to have his pick of California kids and a pipeline into Texas. He's going to kill it at USCLincoln Riley is the most overpaid coach. USC gonna be OU west. Win the Pac12 and then lose in the playoff by 30. His OU teams had talent everywhere, but still struggled with Iowa St, Baylor and he lost to a couple of mediocre Texas teams if I’m not mistaken. He’ll win 10games every year, but I bet Chip Kelly owns him. My $0.02.
Go Canes!
Basic supply and demand. Things in high demand tend to cost more. Things in low demand tend to be cheap.Because over paying for stuff is a sign of truth...
Doesn't mean it's smart....Basic supply and demand. Things in high demand tend to cost more. Things in low demand tend to be cheap.
Not sure what that had to do with anything. I know that I’d rather pay a lot more to live in South Florida than live in Alabama for a lot less. Some people may feel otherwise but they’re in the vast minority. If people wanted to live in Alabama, it would cost a lot more to live there.Doesn't mean it's smart....
