Y’all wanted a savage.....well

Manny is the epitome of a Cane. It's in his blood. He been at games since his diapers were full. He has sat in meetings with these coaches for 3 years. He knows who's worth a **** and who should **** off. I don't have a clue if he will be a great HC, but I'm willing to take my chances on him building a staff that has his mentality.

You got one.

All I’ve ever heard is how everyone wants a savage. A non nice guy , who gives zero ***** except about w’s.

A ruthless **** that wants championships more than bibles , friends , or to be liked.

Well we just had a guy accept a job at Temple, told recruits how thankful he was to have them , knocked introductory presser out of the park. Dropping everyone’s panties in Philly to the floor. Then proceeded to tell them all “to go **** their own face , my dream job is open”.

Comes back home and has a sit down with all his former staff members , men he’s had bible studies with, went to battle with and fought with for three years. Literally spent thousands of hours with these men. Looks them in the eyes and rips their hearts out and takes a bite out of it as their dead bodies hit the floor.

And as if that wasn’t enough , we hear his top choice for oc is a former competitor, that our staff loathed. From the head man down, but he gives zero *****. He wants a killer as an oc , a trained assassin. Their past issues has no say in this , he wants the best.

Diaz doesn’t want to ***** his one opportunity at his dream job up.

What I’m saying is..... I’m all in.

I finally see my savage , a man who knows what Miami wants and needs. This isn’t a friends business , this is a “ what have you done for me lately” business.

I said I’d wait to see what he does with the hiring , and firings before I judged this hire. And now I’m pretty **** sure the lazy hire might have been the right hire.

Let’s get it.

Manny Diaz on not firing Thomas because they're too close:

Manny: Well.....

The administration (in their attempt to be cheap, lazy, incompetent and condescending) effed up and hired a Cane!

Told y’all yesterday that he went to his wife and told her he had to go away for awhile. He won’t go to sleep until after the UF game.

His dreams Cane true yesterday and he is going out on his shield 🛡 to win Us our 6th!

Seems to me he's addressing the biggest issue immediately - the offense. Shows me great vision and leadership.

In his interview with Joe Rose this morning Rose asked Manny about the Florida game and Manny stated how many days to the game. I said to myself Holy Shiitt, this man is focused. Great Hire.

Yeah, that was funny since he wasn't sure which day of the week it was but knew the exact number until the Fl game...
