Y’all wanted a savage.....well

This whole conference is filled with some programs with potential that want NCAA nice guy awards.. and let their programs flounder. Yes it takes a savage, also takes the Obama philosophy where you can hire 10 ex-HCs to recruit. He has shown balls necessary past day (critical).. Will the school give him the cash to get the right staff top to bottom. Is UM dedicated and ready to give him what he needs?

All encouraging signs. I agree. 100%

But....

It is easier to can guys that were hired by someone else and that were on the side of the ball that must have been the bane of his existence. Would be reallllly encouraging if he vetoes the Banda/Patke promotion experiment.

The willingness to court Fedora though is absolutely encouraging as he was apparently despised by the Rick Administration.

Still watching things unfold but today was a positive step.

You got one.

All I’ve ever heard is how everyone wants a savage. A non nice guy , who gives zero ***** except about w’s.

A ruthless **** that wants championships more than bibles , friends , or to be liked.

Well we just had a guy accept a job at Temple, told recruits how thankful he was to have them , knocked introductory presser out of the park. Dropping everyone’s panties in Philly to the floor. Then proceeded to tell them all “to go **** their own face , my dream job is open”.

Comes back home and has a sit down with all his former staff members , men he’s had bible studies with, went to battle with and fought with for three years. Literally spent thousands of hours with these men. Looks them in the eyes and rips their hearts out and takes a bite out of it as their dead bodies hit the floor.

And as if that wasn’t enough , we hear his top choice for oc is a former competitor, that our staff loathed. From the head man down, but he gives zero *****. He wants a killer as an oc , a trained assassin. Their past issues has no say in this , he wants the best.

Diaz doesn’t want to ***** his one opportunity at his dream job up.

What I’m saying is..... I’m all in.

I finally see my savage , a man who knows what Miami wants and needs. This isn’t a friends business , this is a “ what have you done for me lately” business.

I said I’d wait to see what he does with the hiring , and firings before I judged this hire. And now I’m pretty **** sure the lazy hire might have been the right hire.

Let’s get it.

Im witholding judgement until we play 4 quarters of football against UF everything sound good on paper. I wanna see what da deal is when da bullets start flying.

A Letter to Good Brother Jedi Master Cane,

Don't do it.

w/ <3

Robes.

I'm ALOT higher on Fedora than you are. If be brings me that monster from which no sunshine emanates...I'll do something I haven't done with any of the last 4 hires.....I'll give the Jedi seal of approval.

Just a few days ago, the offensive staff thought they had their job secured. Now you have Manny crush their expectations for 2019. Time to find a new job, bums.

He needs to stick the landing before we declare him ANYTHING. Sorry, but I've been hurt before.

Bring me that OC from whence zero ***** emanate (Fedora), and bring me an aggressive experienced DC....and THEN I'll be all in on Manny.

Let's go.

We were calling richt a savage after he didn’t retain anyone. Then cried when he went green. Let’s wait

Who did? He had no relationship with previous staff. That’s normal protocol.

Mannny worked with all these guys closely for three years , had relationships with them.

Richt was always mr nice guy would rarely fire anyone , regardless of how bad they were/

Safe to say we are trending in the right direction based on the dismissal of the entire offensive staff.

Manny also needs to unf*ck the DC situation. If we're going to go the Co-DC route, then Manny needs to hire an experienced DC and pair Banda with him as an assistant DC. I'm also fine with just having an experienced DC, but I think Manny is close with Banda. Patke needs more experience as a position coach or he can seek opportunities elsewhere.

Love Manny's moves and rumored candidates so far.

He’s taking no prisoners and I love it. I can only imagine how those meetings went.

“Hey buddy, remember that time we were on the road recruiting and we stopped by that bar, got blitzed and you took that blonde MILF back to your room? Epic night, bro! By the way, I’m letting you go. Pack up your **** and exit the building. Happy new year.”
