No offense to Wyche, but I had heard he wasn't the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree and this certainly confirms it. Then again, what's his knowledge consist of....a staff that was let go at USC and some high school coaches? He did have Ed O out there, that's certainly a positive and I'd take him as DC before ours.

Classic case of part of a team saying everything is roses before a season starts I'm thinking. MASTERMIND, sorry....he's possibly the only person on the planet who thinks that's the case of he actually meant it.

Final thing, can using the word mope result in an instantaneous 3 day message board ban?
 
Coach D has just been pulling a three year rope a dope. Ain't no one see it coming!

I really believe Coach D is a very smart coach and might be the best football mind on our staff after talking to a few people who have spoken with him, including Wildcat. Being knowledgeable does not mean you have the ability to teach it and apply it tho. This year we will see if he has taught his players his scheme better.

What number was Coach D wearing in that gif? Didn't see him.
 
This defense has flat out sucked the past two years, that doesn't mean Coach D isn't knowledge about his sport. Being a good teacher and being smart are two different things. I'm praying Golden and Coach D are both.
