I agree that Wilson is a better prospect but I don't know about him playing against way better talent. Lower level football in south Florida is better than Tampa any day of the week. Outside of Venice and Armwood the rest of the teams Wilson played against so far this year are trash. I live in the Tampa area and I'm very familiar with high school football in these parts.

Venice and Armwood are two of the best teams in state.

You don't really know how trash the teams west Broward is facing. Western has some talent but other than the out of state team I don't think he will face a division 1 player on defense.

Teams like South Broward, Plantation, and Cardinal Gibbons would win 7 or more games against schools in Tampa. It's one of the reasons Armwood has been so good for so long there , lack of competition.

I'll admit I was kinda meh on him. I thought Clemson dropped him and we were his plan B.

Happy to be wrong on that one.
 
I love his talent. I have been high on him. He will high point the ball and get 50/50 balls. He is what we don't currently have and I am a Horton fan. A misleading long strider like Tommy Streeter, but he doesn't have Tommy's top end speed. What he also has that this staff loves is character and he is a hard worker. No one on his team outworks him.
 
Seems everyone here has a different opinion on who the top -5 WRs we should be prioritizing are (that we have at least a decent shot at - so only guys we have offered that actually have visited or we are in top 5 for - prob useless to List Moore or the kid from Utah at this point).

Some keep saying Vernell Brown and Dallas Wilson are over rated. Some saying Moore isn’t very good and Tyler Williams is better. Lot didn’t like Cortez Mills. Some saying Toney and Upshaw are redundant….we’ve already dropped Montgomery and Charles…
