WR Josh Moore flips his commitment to Miami

Seems everyone here has a different opinion on who the top -5 WRs we should be prioritizing are (that we have at least a decent shot at - so only guys we have offered that actually have visited or we are in top 5 for - prob useless to List Moore or the kid from Utah at this point).

Some keep saying Vernell Brown and Dallas Wilson are over rated. Some saying Moore isn’t very good and Tyler Williams is better. Lot didn’t like Cortez Mills. Some saying Toney and Upshaw are redundant….we’ve already dropped Montgomery and Charles…

Think everyone needs to list their WR take preference ordered like 1-8

WRs we should flip/sign, ranked

1. Dallas Wilson
2. Jerome Myles
3. CJ Wiley
4. Tyler Williams
5. Vernell Brown III
6. Jaime Ffrench
7. Malachi Toney
8. Teddy Hoffmann

Are you leaving guys out that we already have committed because this is just an order of remaining guys, or you don't view Upshaw/Moore as top 8 "on the board"? or would they just be mor like 9 and 10....

The best one is Vernell Brown. There is a gap after that.

Yeah, I'm omitting the guys we already have committed. No need to ruffle anyone's feelings.

Vernell Brown is my fav instate.

Dallas Wilson would be after then a grouping of guys with him like Mal Toney.

My wr board wouldnt look like our current board more than likely.

My board got revamped with out of state guys i liked.

Malik Clark, Jerome Myles, Tanook Hines, etc

Samari Reed is a guy i like at wr....and a guy not mentioned much i like is Winston Watkins at Venice.

Dakorien Moore (Oregon) and Jerome Myles (USC) seem to be the best WRs coming out this year imo. But doesn't seem like we have any shot at them, even though we may have been in early.

Doesn't seem like we ever had any traction with Caleb Cunningham (Bama), Tanook Hines (USC), Quanell X Farrakhan (Colorado), Malik Clark (USCe), CJ Wiley (FSU, and Luke Nikels QB), who could probably all be considered takes, and many may have above our current commits.

From there I think the 6 WRs that have already taken OVs here are Dallas Wilson (Oregon), Jaime Ffrench (Texas), Vernell Brown (UF), Joshua Moore, Daylyn Upshaw, and Tyler Williams (UGA). So those are probably to be among the 6 most likely to be our top targets. Then we've had Malachi Toney decommit, who we are probably still alive in his recruitment. People were saying Cortez Mills was considered a take, so maybe he can still be considered an option too.

So imo I'd probably shoot for:
T1. Dakorien Moore and Jerome Myles (Just try to get no matter what)
T3. Jaime Ffrench and Vernell Brown (5 star guys we were finalists for that are going to be hard to flip)
5. Dallas Wilson (5 star that is likely easier to flip)
6. Tyler Williams (Guy remaining we have most traction with imo)
7. Malachi Toney
T8. Malik Clark and CJ Wiley (Guys we haven't been involved in but should be)

Personally If we get any of the 3-5 above, I wouldn't care much if Moore/Upshaw stayed in this class or not....

Don't forget Derek Meadows. We are still recruiting him

Agree on Moore and Myles. Both are on a different level than the in-state boundary receivers we appear to have the most traction with, IMO. Explosive vertical weapons with elite speed who can threaten defenses at all levels of the field, get separation, and provide dynamic RAC ability.

Excluding those two and the receivers who are already committed to us, Brown is the one I'd be most excited about.

Anyone saved that GIF of Mario stuffing Billy in the locker?
I have this one:

Ill hope for the best in his development but i truly dont see it here
At the least he's a more athletic and faster Johnny Wilson from FSU, and we all saw how valuable Wilson was to Jordan Travis. Even if he is not Biletnikoff-worthy or a future NFL star, he can play a very valuable role here.

Yeah, Im meh on the flip just because I dont see him as an elite or big time prospect but he is still solid and adds an element the WR room needs.
