We have two top 50 rising Sophomores (Jojo, Carr) at a minimum.

how are they rising? I odnt think i even saw Carr. Jojo barely played. they have talent, but rising is a stretch considering they have little to zero production at a position where it is easy to get on the field early

"Rising" has zero to do with talent .... it's what a Freshman who will be a Soph is called .... a rising Sophomore.

Regardless they were two top 50 players and there are plenty of top 50 players from the 2024 class that are playing well all over the country and by all accounts Carr/JoJo have been doing well in practices this year.

Nowadays it crossed into something else and I'm not sure what... A wrestler named Jey Uso started saying it and now it's his catchphrase and in the context that he uses it , it literally has no meaning....

If I'm a Freshman and you're a Junior on the team, and it's between seasons and we've already been on the team as those classes...and next year we will both be in order a Sophomore and a Senior...

Then I would be a Rising Sophomore. You would be a Rising Senior. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO IF EITHER OF US ARE ******* TALENTED. It has to do with what class we are in school. Your class is *RISING* from Junior to Senior. Mine is *RISING* from Freshman to Sophomore.
