No, the part you're missing is, he took over a program that was in great shape when he got their. When the main complaint that was in the air in order for him to take the job was "this team has to much talent to not have won a national championship at some point" that means that program was well run.

Question, how many years of headcoaching experience its going to take for kirby to stop blowing leads in the big games. He suppose to be some defensive guy, and in the big games i keep seeing shoot outs. Be real, kirby and gumbo fisher took over programs that were already built up, the only reason they were brought in is to get the team a national title, those 2 are supposedly the missing piece.

Whereas coach richt took over a UM team that was poorly guided and mismanaged, and not recruited properly, in barely 3 yrs he's fixed alot of that, more proof of coach richt's value to his alma mater will become clearer next year for the ones to blind to see it now!
