That's in response to and for you and your bretheren who keep trying to correlate the fact that coach richt not being in a national title game prior to coming here, in yalls mind mean he cant do it here. Our guy manny diaz never coordinated a top ranked defense before he got here, all of a sudden, Bam. But watch out for coach shannon.

I don't see what those guys have to do with Richt. They have no bearing if Richt can win a championship.

Im not sure why or where you getting lost, that was in response to your "richt never made a national title game appearance" as a headcoach comment, so he's he the same boat of all those other coaches i listed!

I believe his point is they are taking a big chance and hoping, with no proof whatsoever, that a coaching change will get them somewhere they've never been.

Do you think if VTech fired Beamer during their heyday they could have brought another coach on and become a perennial powerhouse?

It did work for Tampa Bay when they fired a great coach but the team hasn't sniffed the playoffs since. This was a huge leap of faith for UGA.

So far it's a fail.

Are you fokkin serious? The only fail is Mork at UM! If you consider playing for a ship in your new coach's second year a fail, then I would love to have that type of failure! Stop fuggin hatin!

why are we comparing positions? i'm just talking about UGA and their thought process on the new hire.
nobody at UGA is pumped they lost in the championship game.
