Of plays will gattis have in his bag of tricks. I hope TVD WILL be utilized in the right way. First play will be what?. Need to show what we are. Short passes to the TE. THIS game is time too shine. Who knows.

It's really hard to believe that CIS has so many people smarter than Mario who hired Gattis. Like I said, Why pay for a coaching staff when we have so many smarter people on here for free?

If Gattis thinks he's just going to ground and pound and dink/dunk down the field all day long on A&M, then he's dumb. He better have a bunch of intermediate stuff, hurry up, RPO, and some deep shots if he expects to win..there's no way we just line up and methodically beat A&M. He has to keep them off balance and use TVD and a diverse offense to our advantage.

If not, we lose big..A&M will make some big plays. I don't think they can just grind down the field against us either. But they do out talent is and their defense is better than ours.

Big plays and creativity will win this game.

Also, Addae has been extremely disappointing so far.. Both as a coach and as a recruiter.

Time will tell with him

Its time to see if we've been able to polish the tennis shoe; Several of the guys on this O-Line have been around for a few SEC games and have vastly underperformed. They're **** sure due; They've now had better coaching and need to show up and hold their own tonight with penalty discipline, and both run and pass blocking. This will reveal where the program is heading. They looked good (as they should have) against BC, then gave up some sacks in Game 2 and started slow. That won't be good tonight.

App State had a very experienced O-Line, two veteran tackles, one is team Capt. That's why they won that game: they moved around what was supposed to be a sound SEC Front 7 when they needed too, and just enough because many of their 1st downs were by less than a yard. A&M's DL's manhood has been challenged this week - so we will see if this Cane's O-Line has become more physical as a unit.

I'm willing to reserve judgment at least until tonight. I didn't love some of what I saw vs Southern Miss, but I do also think some of that was on TVD, who was playing like he was weighted down.

I really just don't want to see us come out and run up the middle for one yard, run up the middle for 2 yards on 2nd down, and then throw a flare pass for 5 yards on 3rd down. I will punch the TV if that happens.
