5. Getting Perry ready for the spring

Campbell is the best prosect in the nation at his position, but he is a want, not a need atm. Please please please guys, just let his recruitment play out, bc those tears might be better reserved for more pressing matters that may not be addressed.

Did you watch any games this season? Outside of Johnson and Bandy, our Secondary sucks. Campbell is definitely a need and arguably the most important recruit left for more reasons than one. Losing elite SF kids gets you fired at Miami. It’s that simple.

Okay. So how would you rate our DB class wo Campbell? Im not sure how anyone can say we didnt address our secondary issues already w an A1 haul. Do youdisagree w that assessment?

Regarding Bethel, hes not a plan D guy. He got his offer regardless of what Campbell was going to do. He and his handlers just played themselves.

Nobodys saying losing Campbell is a good thing, and it would be a certified embarrassment, but man we clearly have bigger issues to address right now.

We have a class with great safeties but with question marks at corner, Ivey will probably need a RS so that leaves just blades need Campbell to come in and compliment blades

Hes legit as they come. I dont see a RS in his future. **** pick up the Defense faster than anyone coming in, and his technique is elite. We will see. He def needs to add some bulk, I will say that.

His entire recruitment has been pretty low-key and he has handled it respectfully. It would be great if other recruits would take note of how TC has handled his recruitment. The kid would be an incredible addition to the class in an area where there is a big need. I'm gonna stay cautiously optimistic that he chooses UM in the end. Regardless of his decision I will wish him nothing but the best for his future as I respect the **** out of the way he has handled his recruitment.

If the coaches want Gilbert to play CB, he will play CB. What is so hard about that to understand? If they want him to play safety, he will play safety. It's not really clear what they're going to do with him. Why be so close minded to them giving him a shot at his favorite position? This whole board (including myself) wanted Dallas on the defensive side of the ball. Seems like they made the right choice there.
