What's your opinion on Donna Shalala?

So we know that the NCAA enforcement is trying to nail us with Loss of Institutional Control. Whether we're actually charged with that will depend on what the COI determines here in the next few days (weeks, months, whatever.)

So here's my question.

If we are found guilty of a loss of institutional control, will that color your opinion of Donna Shalala? In my mind, it's pretty simple: Who is supposed to be "controlling the institution" if not our fearless leader?

The buck stops at the top.

I think that, combined with the fact that she stood by idly as the Orange Bowl was torn down brick by brick (and has since done nothing to get us out of Sun Life), and our facilities are still behind the rest of college football....

if we're found guilty of LOIC, Donna has to go.

Are we really going to base a thread on a questionable hypothetical?

Yes.

And it's not that questionable, it's probable.

seems like you have zero clue abut what has been happening, who was involved, what actually happened, and what a school president is responsible for .

I recommend you google some of these before you post on this board so you don't sound like a complete moron

She is liberal elitist like Foote. She hired Coker. She hired Randy. She got that stupid picture of her holding the little liar's check. She lost the OB. She was in charge during the worst NCAA scandal in history that even Randy could see coming. She is an idiot and sucks. The fact that her "friends" at the NCAA double-crossed her with the loss of institutional control made her look like a fool, caused her to fire off a nasty letter doesn't change the facts. She presided over the destruction of THE CANE football program. She is more responsible for the scandal and everyone else combined. She should have a Rule to show cause issued against her and be sued for every penny she has collected in salary. Then sued for punitive damages and everything she has taken for her. Then she should be shot! Oh, I really do not like her at all.

Donna raise a lot of money ...
Donna lost a lot of money (on fail Hospital)

She alright in my book
What you should worry about is after Shalala retire,
a President like TAD Foote is not hired
