What I saw and what I think it means for next week - OFFENSE

I hope so too. But I don't see any point in saving a power run. Like there is nothing complex, or special, or so intricate about power runs right between your guard and center/tackle that it needs to be hidden from an opponent. It's not like you're going to run a power against UF and they're going to be dumbfounded like "where the **** did this come from?" It's a basic football play

We "hid" that power rush game all last year too.

No we didn't. Power was one of our top run schemes.

Draw plays and outside toss plays are power run schemes?

No but one and 2 back power are. Go watch the tape

We're going to disagree on Fish running a power run scheme.

Thats fine, but I'm telling you that over the last two years a version of power (down blocking with a backside guard pull) was probably our third most called run. I am positive about it

We often called it out of the gun, so maybe that's why it didn't seem like it. For whatever reason, Fisch often went away from it in the redzone. Though, from memory, some of Mike James' notable TDs came off that play.

This. When we ran single back power we would do it out of gun and the running back would use counter footwork. Just watching on TV this looks as if it is a draw out of the gun but it is just single back power. It was very productive for us, and probably could have been used more in the RZ

Tell ya what, Georgia runs it like a machine. Also nice that both of their RBs seem to be able to carry cars on their backs.
