Welcome to The U...

Love recruits like him. Maybe he plays **** competition but he's huge, athletic, and extremely productive. Plus, he's a multiple sport guy. Hope he makes it in.

His frame is great. He's strong and athletic.

Part of me understands why some want to save it for a 2014 kid, but this is a win/win. If he gets in this year you've got a raw kid you can mold where you want him. If he doesn't, you get to evaluate him next to the 2014 kids and make a decision.

I want him on defense. He's physical and aggressive. He can be a rush LB or maybe an OLB.

TE or LB he'll be a monster on specials, where you love to stack them LB's and TE's. You know, the big, physical, fast kids.

Reminds me of watching Rashawn Scott's film. Strong, fluid athlete abusing small-school competition.

Hope he qualifies and provides a complement to Standish Dobard.

I guess that means no Williams, if we had one spot open and we're taking this kid now (or trying to).

Sucks getting us all excited for a kid we already know about.

this post could not come off more ignorant. Well done sir!

What was ignorant about it? The kid originally said he was definitely going prep and would be a 2014 kid. Golden said on signing day that he had one spot available. If they are attempting to bring in this kid in 2013 instead of 2014, then it must mean we are not planning on adding any additional post NSD 2013 kids.

To further that, people following Miami recruiting already knew this kid committed a week ago. He's a nice athlete and a good pick up, but when we're hoping that we somehow enhance the 2013 defensive class, and instead its a kid that would have been a mid-year 2014 kid, its hard not to be let down.

Pretty sure most people are just joking about the dude. I know I was when I joked about the rumors of him not being close to qualifying. This dude's a long athletic guy who is hungry. He's going to get it done for us.

Wasn't that the way Schnelly and Jimmy found some surprise studs??

Because no one here in the Commonwealth of Virginia can play football. Dominique Terrell was ripping it up at Manassas Park (Class A, the lowest class in the state) before he transferred to Osbourn Park. A lot of small school kids on Virginia Tech's roster.

The kid is going to redshirt this fall if he gets the test score. The kid has the frame to put on another 20 to 30 pounds without impacting his speed. He's a better prospect than the Johnson kid from the Tampa Bay area.
