Shockingly, they screen out zero revenue "customers".They say that. I cancel every year and start again with a free trial. Last year they gave me 3 days of what was supposed to be a week since they charge before the end of the month. This year I got less than a day. You can't really dispute with them very well either.
But if 0 customer service but a quality product with automatic rate bumps charged without notification or permission is your thing. Still highly recommend
