They say that. I cancel every year and start again with a free trial. Last year they gave me 3 days of what was supposed to be a week since they charge before the end of the month. This year I got less than a day. You can't really dispute with them very well either.

But if 0 customer service but a quality product with automatic rate bumps charged without notification or permission is your thing. Still highly recommend

“I’m” currently on a 21 day free trial with YouTube TV, because I have Uverse and no ESPN channels due to the dispute. I started on Friday. I’m on day 5. It’s working fine for me.

just cancel DTV (price is increasing) and do the 3 week YTTV trial. you can always readd DTV later on but dont pay for their service while theyre holding back channels.

i actually switched completely to YTTV and when hoops season starts i can go back to DTV later on for RSNs.
