Who say I don’t demand more? Maybe I’m smart to realize the reality of the situation. Maybe you should try thinking for once and look around you? Why would Radacovich leave to have Zo take a portion of his job? Why would Jurich take the job when half of his bosses would want to fire him day 1? Why would any candidate would want to come deal with a weasel like Epstein when he’s trying to sabotage the progress that’s been needed for 20 years. Is it that hard for you to grasp the toxicity around this job?

Your demands aren’t reality because your visions of this job aren’t reality. Consider yourself lucky that he’s an absolute savage on the money side, is willing to make demands, and wants to build the structure that hired 3 national championship coaches.

That with all that’s going on in this proxy war is pretty good.

I'm too tired to give a **** anymore. This school doesn't want to win, and I'm embarrassed that my alma mater doesn't even want to try to be world class in something like athletics. I'm done donating, I'm done being emotionally invested when the people with actual power couldn't care less. It's tough to love something that doesn't love you back, or provide any kind of meaningful joy...

We don't need a newbie AD in the same way we don't need an ex-coordinator, first time HC, or a G5 for a few years head coach.

Everyone on the slurping Nunez train literally suffers from delusion and stockholm syndrome. Literally the same people who were comparing Manny to Dabo or Saban. You delude yourselves into thinking it will actually work.

Claim "even Saban coudlnt fix New Mexico" all you want. If he was a true alpha he'd have found a way. Obviously, I hope I'm wrong and I also hope the whole Nunez as AD and Zo hired as director of football thing plays out.

This isn't directed at you specifically btw.

All this talk of spending money and taking this serious.

Why not go get a bigger name from a bigger school? Its not too much to ask.

Im not saying it will be nunez but its not the hire leaks have been claiming would happen.

Nothing has changed in the Hecht and it is clear that the old heads on the board have been victorious. As Miami has done with each hire, they have claimed to be ready to make the right type of investments to be successful. The evidence currently suggest that nothing has changed.

Mack isn't interested in coming to Miami, he's happy where he is. That said TOM JURICH is sitting right there, available, ready to work. You can even then bring in Zo as a Asst. AD, develop his skillset, and give him a way to achieve the AD spot when Jurich retires in 5-7 years. That's how you get the best of both worlds. You have a legit administrator in Jurich and you are able to give an alum that really wants to help a chance to grow into a role, developing the next generation of talent. That would be too rational though.
 
Yall can hate what i say but be prepared to be let down.

I let myself have hope for a second that miami would actually invest in the program. Gonna be the same old ****.

Manny Sr. Is pretty much Belen royalty. Not necessarily with the students there cuz he’s old but with the faculty that’s been there a for a long time and the leadership of the school and old alums. He was captain of the baseball team, scored the school’s first touchdown on football, was voted Mr. Belen blah blah blah. Manny Sr. divorced Coach Manny Diaz’s mom. If you google it, it says Manny Diaz’s mom is Robin Smith. Incorrect. Manny’s mom is Patty Knapp.

Manny was not sent to Belen to spite Manny Sr. It was too “Cuban”. That’s why he went to Miami Country day. It’s not shocking that Manny doesn’t know Spanish. Unfortunately a lot of parents don’t put an emphasis on it and kids don’t really learn Spanish in school so it goes unaddressed and then you have kids saying “Abuela yo tene hambre quiere comida” or “El gato esta morido”.
