What highschool players have not been recruited this year because of this mandate? Or last year?

Blaming the UM administration for some mandate is just another way to make excuses for the bad coaches Miami has had lately (yes, I am aware that UM is the one that hired these coaches but that is a separate issue). Does anyone honestly think it would make a difference if D'Onfrio had a group of dubious ruffians out there? No, they'd still be in a terrible scheme and not put in a position to win.

Even if there were some sort of "mandate" Miami can still get more than enough talent to win national championships. Just need a good coach to utilize the talent.

i agree with him.

he is right about offense this year. He forgets though, morris struggled against good comp last year.

the "inner city" thing people say cracks me up. they say our kids are soft then they say "we have the personnel to run an aggressive def"
al has worked south florida hard. kirby, deon, denzel are all hard hitters and so are the kids coming in.

l-ville strength was from their 2011 class, however, that was because urban quit and shannon was fired. FSU and L-ville cleaned up.
L-ville has not recruited that way since that is why strong left w/o telling his team.
