There are three things that some Canes fan will always defend:

1. A former unnamed coach,

2. Uncle Luke, and

3. The Circus that is South Florida HS Football. Not the quality of talent, just the coaches, the parents and BS that goes along with that circus.

You would be in #3.

You know who loves UM? The Rock. The Rock loves UM, he does anything and everything to support the school. It isn't about donations or agreeing with everything the coach does, it isn't about attending the school or being a football player...it is about not openly $hitting on the program. Only a fake fan would openly **** all over the program.

Luke can "love" UM all he wants, he is trash and uses the program like a port-o-potty on a construction site.

Got a question. Does Uncle Luke like Johnny Manziel? Seriously, he is the definition of what he is describing. The "larger than life" mentality. Manziel not only is the villain in college football, but he relishes it. Is his perception that he likes any player who embraces the bad-boy personality, or just the black players that have the bad-boy personality? Would Luke welcome Johnny Manziel as the QB at the University of Miami?

No we're not mental. Please look to some of his past quotes and agendas. Um "lover" or not, making threats and throwing um under the bus when they couldn't defend themselves over an issue is what has my wrath, not issues with basic different views. You are in denial.

Once again Uncle Puke is about 10000000 miles behind the 8-ball. "Golden didn't decide to start recruiting So Fla for the 2014 class, there's just more scholarships available and better prospects down here this year. Just about everybody on the recruiting board predicted Puke saying something like this, actually, because he's too slow to realize what is really going on.


Oh, and I bet you'll see more "swag" when we stop going 7-6 and losing to the likes of Virginia. It's a little bit easier to be confident and play with swagger when you're actually beating teams. Then when we stop going 7-6 and start consistently beating the **** out of teams, we'll see more 'swag.' and Puke will make another dumbass porst about how he started recruiting more kids with "swag." Or he'll jerk himself off about all of our receivers showing swag with that U haircut...even though they've been doing that since 2012, but now it'll count more because we're winning.


That leech can go **** himself.

why the **** would luke care abut Johnny Manziel...he's a rich wihite kid that plays for TX AM....Luke is a um fan....he gives a F8ck about Manziel...just like i do. Other than UM players i could care less about other school's guys unless their local south florida guys playing on a certain team...i wont even tune in....Other than the Bama game i dont have a care in the world of watching TX A&M or Manziel play...literally i'll watch FAU vs MIdd Tenn St.

People keep spouting the racist stuff, Luke is all bout Inner City...but realize he didnt even go to Mnw, Jackson, or Central...luke went to Miami Beach High with a bunch of rich white *** kids..though he was bused from liberty city. I'm sure he would hae no prob with Manziel if he was @ the u.

Luke is a fan like u or me...i lol @ the stuff some of our fans state on here just like i do with the stuff i see Luke says...but the bottom line is He is a cane fan...cant take that away...if im at a game he would be high fiving it with me just like he would with Jake Rosentein when we score a td.

Those same personalities lost to BYU and Notre Dame that year. They were lead by thugs like Craig Erickson and Dade County monster like Russell Maryland - oh wait, he was from Chicago. Thrill was from Killian though.

Again, name a single player Golden isnt recruiting because of his big personality that he should be.
 
I've got to give him credit. He's consistent. Myopic, but consistent. Sings the same song about the "type" of kids that made Miami successful on the football field. No one in their right mind would dispute that kids from the mean streets of the 305 set the tone in attitude, work ethic, that lead to our greatness for a time. But when that's all he seems to talk about it comes across as narrowminded. It would be like me constantly saying we need to recruit out of state white quarterbacks because that's how we won championships. It's true, to a degree. But it's not the whole story. Not to mention the fact that it's also insulting to guys like Collins, Kelly, Harris, Morris, and guys we are currently recruiting. They contributed to the program in their own way.

Leonard Fournette, Sharieff Rhaheed, Solomon Thomas, Donnell Stanley, David Sharpe, Devante Noil, Shai Mckenzie....Don't get me wrong at all I know Al Golden is the man for the job, I just understand where Luke is coming from.
